Support IPv6-only SMTP servers (#16155) Use Twisted HostnameEndpoint to connect to SMTP servers (instead of connectTCP/connectSSL) which properly supports IPv6-only servers.

Fix IPv6-related bugs on SMTP settings, adding groundwork to fix similar issues. Contributed by @evilham and @telmich (ungleich.ch).
