foot: add module Foot is a fast terminal emulator for Wayland. It can optionally be run in a client-server configuration. There are three unit tests to handle an empty configuration, the default configuration, and systemd service file generation.

tests: rework derivation stubbing Instead of having to manually stub packages that should not be downloaded we instead automatically stub all packages (except a small list of whitelisted ones). Tests can re-introduce the real package by using the `realPkgs` module argument.
